Job summary

NOVO Health Services is hiring a Route Leader to own the customer experience across daily linen routes. You’ll hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives and step in to run routes when needed, ensuring on-time deliveries and quality service.

This isn't a desk job managing from a distance. You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day — and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. Your fleet, your team, your accounts, your results.

• High School Degree,
• Bring previous management experience and strong leadership skills, ideally in a route-based or distribution environment
• Have a demonstrated quality focus and a customer-centric mindset
• Know your way around DOT/FMCSA compliance and can keep a fleet safe, clean, and road-ready
• Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run
• Can adapt fast — competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements

A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
