Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Louisville is seeking a Service Manager to own the routes, train and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product daily. You’ll run a route when needed and manage audits, reconciliations, and fleet safety to ensure the right product, quantity, and time window for hospitals.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing, essential service provider with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with route-based distribution or fleet operations preferred.
• Understanding of safety and compliance requirements in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives (RSRs).
• Manage daily route operations, audits, scrub counts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the right product and quantity to hospitals.
• Cover routes during absences and assist with startup operations as needed.
