Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a hands-on leader to own route operations in the Louisville area. You will hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives, manage daily account functions, and cover routes as needed to ensure seamless service.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in route-based distribution, a customer-centric mindset, and familiarity with fleet safety and DOT/FMCSA compliance. This role offers real advancement as the company grows.

You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day — and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. • Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run
• Can adapt fast — competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements

A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
