Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Nashville is seeking a Service Manager to lead Route Service Representatives, hire and coach the team, and own daily account functions—audits, route reconciliations, and logs—to deliver the right product at the right time.

You will cover routes during absences, support market startups, and grow operations with a customer-centric mindset while upholding DOT/FMCSA compliance, fleet safety, and HLAC accreditation in our linen service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a route-based or distribution environment.
• Customer-centric mindset and quality focus.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA compliance; keep fleet safe and road-ready.
• Financial awareness; comfortable with routing numbers.
• Able to adapt to competing demands and a growing customer base.
• Reliable transportation; able to pass credentialing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day — and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. • Know your way around DOT/FMCSA compliance and can keep a fleet safe, clean, and road‑ready
• Bring financial awareness and are comfortable with the numbers behind the routes you run
• Can adapt fast — competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements
• A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
