Pay

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually

As a Service Manager Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies, overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing all Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with the development of employees by providing daily feedback during one‑on‑ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
• Setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values, implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for the staff
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food‑handling procedures
