• At least 21+ years of age.
• At least 2-year of experience in hospitality management or relevantmanagement experience.
• Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays.
• Alcohol and wine knowledge a plus
• Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency

• Able to lift and carry supplies and bus tubs of up to 50 lbs. Up to 20 times per shift.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• ServSafe Certified is a plus

• Coordinating several teams and communicating with guests
• Responsible for providing overall leadership over brand
• Recognizing, motivating, coaching and training all team members in order to achieve operational excellence

• Maintain the highest possible level of guest service through training and follow up
• Effectively resolve guest complaints
• Responsible for inventory controls | inventory counts
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are maintained
• Review and maintain financial controls and take action as necessary based on company targets
• Adhere to Local Health Department code and company safety/security policies & procedures
• Responsible for conducting performance reviews
• Ensure maintenance of equipment/facility/grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance plan based on corporate standards
