Job summary

Central Plumbing Co. in Baton Rouge seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department and elevate operations. You will drive daily service activities, review jobs with technicians, assign staff by skill, and coordinate with Dispatch to boost productivity.

Responsibilities include ensuring tools and parts readiness, monitoring performance and job completion, and tracking follow-up work. Candidates with Journeyman Plumber license and ServiceTitan experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service management or similar leadership experience.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred).
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
