Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the unit.
• Act as intermediary between customers and technicians and dispatch work.
• Visit technicians at job sites to assess progress.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the work.
• Review service tickets and prepare for billing.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and mentor team in HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for daily activities.
• Perform on-call and other special service activities as required.
• Maintain ESOP and benefit programs.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

We are seeking a full-time Service Manager for immediate hire. As a Worth Service Manager, you will provide exceptional service to our sophisticated commercial and industrial customers in the mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and have experience working in the commercial HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of the unit
• Act as intermediary between customers and technicians by speaking with customers to understand the work required and with technicians to explain the work and dispatch them to the job site.
• Visit technicians at job sites to see how things are going
• Check with customers to assure they are satisfied with the work.
• Review service ticket and get it ready for billing.
• Resolve billing and other issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and mentor your team in various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment.
• Manage routine maintenance on various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with the administrative staff for daily activities.
• Perform special or complicated service activities, including periodic on-call duties, as required
