Worth & Company in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial systems. The role requires 10 years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license; a safety‑driven, team player attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the administrative staff for daily activities.
• Perform special or complicated service activities, including periodic on-call duties.
• Additional duties as required by manager.

Position Requirements

Education/Cerifications:

• Completion of HVACR Technology Program or Equivalent Experience
• EPA Universal Certification

Experience:

• HVAC Experience: 10 years preferred
• Team player with a jump-in-the-ditch mentality
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right the first time
• Abide by all Safety procedures and requirements
• Valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
• Able to pass a thorough background check and drug test upon offer
