Job summary

Worth & Company, a leading Mid-Atlantic mechanical contractor, seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role requires HVACR training and EPA Universal Certification, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on various commercial & industrial HVAC equipment
• Coordinate with the administrative staff for daily activities
• Perform special or complicated service activities, including periodic on-call duties, as required
• Additional duties as required by manager

Position Requirements

Education/Certifications:

• Completion of HVACR Technology Program or Equivalent Experience
• EPA Universal Certification

Experience:

• HVAC Experience: 5 years
• Team player with a jump-in-the-ditch mentality
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right the first time
• Abide by all Safety procedures and requirements
• Valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
• Able to pass a thorough background check and drug test upon offer
