General Services Corporation (GSC) in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dependable janitorial/maintenance team member to help maintain community buildings, keep amenities clean, and assist residents with timely service.

You will work with maintenance staff, report repairs, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. A customer‑oriented mindset and a valid driver''s license are important assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and proof of insurance required, along with a clean background and pre-employment drug testing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities.
• Freshen apartments as needed.
• Report repair issues as necessary.
