Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist to perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings safe and functional. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders from residents, and prepare vacant units for leasing.

The role requires a High School diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, customer service mindset, and a team-oriented attitude. On-site, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and on-call hours; bonus structure and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.

• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting.
• Conduct routine property inspections; address safety concerns.
• Respond courteously to questions and resolve issues with customers.
• Report property needs to management.
