Service & Maintenance Manager – U-tron Parking Systems (USA)

U-tron is looking for an experienced and dependable Service & Maintenance Manager to lead our U.S. service operations. This role involves full responsibility for overseeing service, repair, and maintenance activities for U-tron’s semi- and fully-automated parking systems deployed across the country and globally.

You will manage cross-regional technician teams, develop service standards and schedules, and ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all service and maintenance operations across U.S. and global sites

  • Serve as main point of contact for customer support, service contracts, and repair coordination

  • Develop and implement team schedules, service documentation, and operational procedures

  • Define and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service policies

  • Manage departmental budget, track expenses and revenues, and meet financial KPIs

  • Ensure high-quality maintenance: regular inspections, system upgrades, repairs, and installations

  • Enforce compliance with company safety policies and industry standards

  • Design and maintain training programs and growth paths for service technicians

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and contribute to cross-departmental strategy

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in service or maintenance management

  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

  • Proficiency in maintenance operations, tools, and equipment

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment

Location & Travel

  • Hackensack, NJ, USA

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
