Job summary

Hoffman Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the service loaner fleet. You will ensure all required documents are collected, contracts issued, and loaner vehicles are prepared for client use. You will aid scheduling with accurate capacity data and coordinate with the service department for maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years in customer service, with strong communication skills and a proactive, tech-forward mindset.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain service loaner fleet documentation (driver's license, insurance card, fuel payment card) and ensure signed loaner contracts are provided.
Provide availability data to Service Advisor or Cashier to assist with scheduling and monitor daily loaner capacity.
Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition; coordinate maintenance with Service Dept.
Conduct physical inspections of returned loaners and note any damage or maintenance needs.
Maintain dealer plates and manage documentation related to loaners.
