Job summary

Sunset Porsche Audi Beaverton seeks a Service Loaner Agent to be the face of our service department, coordinating a seamless loaner fleet and ensuring customers stay mobile while their vehicles are in our care.

The role requires a friendly, organized, tech-savvy individual with automotive or rental experience, proficient in MS Office and Dealerware, and a valid driver’s license. On-site, comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role ( automotive or rental car a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn Dealerware quickly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; de-escalation skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the loaner process.
• Handle inquiries/complaints with tact in a high-volume environment.
• Send daily reminders for required loaner documentation.
• Assist in incident reporting, insurance claims, and deductible processes.
• Staging and care of the loaner fleet; ensure vehicles are ready by 11:00 AM.
• Execute loaner contracts accurately; verify licenses, insurance, and cards.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds; track keys and stock.
