Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking a Service-Learning Coordinator to support hands-on learning experiences across all four years of the medical curriculum.

In this highly collaborative role, you will coordinate student placements, manage multiple schedules and faculty calendars, organize experiential learning activities, and serve as a key point of connection across students, faculty, clinical sites, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Experience in program administration, scheduling, educational support, or healthcare administration
• Familiarity with Canvas LMS and Microsoft Teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Service Learning activities across the medical curriculum
• Manage student placements, schedules, and calendars
• Track attendance, participation, reflections, and program completion
• Maintain records and reports with deadlines
• Support interprofessional education activities and experiential learning opportunities
