Roseman University is seeking a Service-Learning Coordinator to organize hands-on learning for medical students, faculty, and clinical partners. You will coordinate placements, schedules, and experiential activities that link classroom learning to real-world community health needs.

Ideal candidates bring organized, detail-oriented skills, and experience in education support, with strong communication and collaboration abilities to connect students with sites and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in program administration, scheduling, educational support, healthcare administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Service Learning activities across all four years of the medical curriculum.
• Coordinate student schedules, placements, and required documentation.
• Track attendance, participation, reflections, and program completion requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports and meet important deadlines.
• Assist with planning and implementing new experiential learning programs.
