You will monitor shifts, support crew development, and handle basic office duties. Experience in a fast-casual setting and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
