Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with future leaders development.
• Help with office admin duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
