Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Service Leader in Billings, MT to drive guest satisfaction by enforcing policies, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and oversee cash handling and adherence to service guidelines.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring dishes meet quality standards while maintaining a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthy; can be relied upon to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash register.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greets, seats, and serves guests.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively and promptly.
• Handle cash, credit card info, gift cards, and guest checks.
• Maintain facility and equipment safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety.
• Train employees during shifts for proper performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and servedto standards.
• Identify and address system breakdowns to keep guests satisfied.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding issues.
• Manage change fund and cash register; protect revenue.
