• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
• Train employees during shifts to ensure proper performance.
• Verify menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and resolve system issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the Manager on Duty about service or safety concerns.
