Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Lake Saint Louis, MO to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and tasty food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and attentive to guest needs. This role requires hands-on leadership on the line and in the dining area.

You will supervise breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules, and play a key part in developing front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and policies knowledge required.
• Solid Food Safety understanding and health department awareness.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork and records.
• Clear spoken and written communication in the work location language.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, office paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available as needed.
