Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll train and support the restaurant crew, manage line operations, and handle daily duties to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Be able to manage cash handling per policy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food safety practices.
• Provide strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Ensure crew is trained and follows line procedures.
• Monitor line cleanliness, equipment, and timing on the line.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Help train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Support office admin tasks and supply management.
