Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep a clean, organized front line and ensure proper line equipment operation.

You will monitor food safety practices, help resolve customer issues, supervise crew breaks and shifts, and assist with office duties.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read, write and understand the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Monitor line schedules and crew breaks to keep service smooth.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking/paperwork.
