Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise on-shift tasks and breaks.

The role requires experience in fast-casual dining, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to train front-of-house crew while handling office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety matters.
• Ability to read/write the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
