Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and leading a trained restaurant crew. You’ll keep the line organized, follow food safety policies, and step in to help with tasks when busy.

You’ll develop front-of-house talent, participate in crew performance reviews, and support office administration as needed. This role offers growth and a chance to make an impact on our people and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support training.
• Resolve customer incidents and contribute to positive experiences.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders through coaching and cross-training.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and breaks scheduling.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and working.
