Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by serving safe, high-quality food and by keeping the line running smoothly with a trained crew.

You will monitor food safety, time and temperature, staff breaks, and shift changes while supporting office duties and cross-training of crew.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write English (or primary language of work location).

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line (hand washing, glove changes, temps).
• Monitor time and temperature on the line and shelf lives.
• Address customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available.
