The role requires standing for long periods, supervision of line operations, and involvement in office tasks as needed.

A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected; compensation reflects the standard Chipotle pay framework and growth

Qualifikationen

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are stocked.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
