Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive guest experience in Ravenna, Ohio. You’ll supervise a restaurant crew, train staff, and help ensure smooth line operations while maintaining a clean, efficient service area.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring time/temperature, and assisting with breaks and scheduling. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Food safety awareness and policies.
• Experience in fast-service or restaurant environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service and cash handling knowledge.
