Job summary

Ka Pai Plumbing is seeking a Service Lead to head our residential service team and stay hands-on with the tools. You will work with the Operations team and Managing Director to shape systems, culture and standards for the service team.

You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor staff, quote straightforward service work, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality plumbing, drainlaying, and gasfitting services.

Qualifications

• Registered or certifying plumber, drainlayer & gasfitter required.
• Proven leadership experience within a service team is preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities expected.
