Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting and replacement work.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department.
• Help establish department processes, pricing, standards and best practices.
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency.
• Review completed work for quality and profitability.
• Train, mentor and develop future plumbing technicians.
• Assist with recruiting and growing the plumbing team.
• Work closely with ownership and other managers to support company growth.
• Maintain high standards for safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Help establish key performance metrics and accountability within the department.
