Job summary

CoolToday is seeking a Plumbing Project Lead to manage plumbing tasks such as water heater replacement, fixture replacements, drain cleaning, and sewer work. You’ll mentor Plumbing Apprentices and deliver best-in-class service to customers.

You will maintain equipment, coordinate with customers and staff, and ensure accurate quotes for replacements or repairs in a dynamic, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required or preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation on job sites.
• Good analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepping cast iron systems with Picote mini and maxi.
• Jetting lines to clear blockages.
• Maintain all equipment and tools.
• Perform lining and coating processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Inspect and provide accurate quotes for replacements or repairs.

CoolToday is currently seeking Plumbing Project Lead to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Plumbing related tasks include water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (to include faucets, tubs, showers and toilets), drain cleaning and competent use of conventional sewer machines. This position will act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

Plumbing Project
