Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years residential plumbing experience with leadership experience.
• Must be licensed in CT and knowledgeable about codes.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing installation, service, and repair projects.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Assign daily tasks and guide plumbers and apprentices.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for leading a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor others while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Must be licensed in CT
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, drain systems, gas piping, and code requirements.
• Experience leading crews and mentoring apprentices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience using Service Titan or similar field service software preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
