Position Overview:

The HVAC Service Installer is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and delivering excellent service to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems, including all necessary components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite, including customer homes and properties.
• Follow all company safety standards and maintain a high level of workmanship quality.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Own the tools necessary for HVAC installation.
• Valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and conduct.

• EPA Certification
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
