How would you like to work with an HVAC company you can be proud of, for a company that pays well and incentivizes quality work? The Comfort Authority is growing and seeking an HVAC Installer as part of our expansion.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience: At least 1 year as a residential retrofit installer, knowledgeable of local (Central Florida) codes, refrigerant cycle, superheat & subcool calculations, airflow, static pressure, setting proper fan speed, and troubleshooting high & low voltage issues.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills: You enjoy solving complex issues.
• Positive attitude: A positive outlook that influences others positively.
• Leadership skills: Ability to guide and train helpers, plan jobs, and ensure timely completion.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring quality installations and leaving the customer's home in better condition.
• Dependability: Punctuality and readiness to work each day.
• Physical ability: Capable of performing physically demanding installations under challenging conditions.
• Driving record: Valid driver's license and insurability.

The Position: We seek a full-time, permanent Retrofit Installer who values quality, integrity, and pride in workmanship. Installers typically work five days a week, earning about $50k annually, including overtime. Incentives are available for installs with no callbacks or red-tags, and voluntary weekend work.

The Location: Located centrally in Tampa, our service area includes Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, with easy access from surrounding areas.
