NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance (NJUS) in Van Nuys, CA. You will oversee multiple teams, plan maintenance, and ensure timely return to service for mission-ready aircraft, aligning with NetJets’ 20/20 Flight Plan.

You will collaborate with Control Center, Planning, QA, Training, and Operations Scheduling to drive safety, quality and performance, leading staff and external vendors to meet SLAs and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics required.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or related field.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for large fleets (Part 135 preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple teams and suppliers to deliver Mission Ready aircraft per SLAs.
• Oversee maintenance planning, execution and return to service at Service Hub locations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning, Quality Control, QA, Training and Operations Scheduling.
