Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance to ensure mission-ready aircraft at the Service Hub. You will oversee maintenance planning, execution and return-to-service, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet SLA targets and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in aviation maintenance or service hub operations, a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management or Supply Chain, and FAA A&P certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation maintenance and/or service hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning, execution and return-to-service at Service Hub locations.
• Manage Service Hub vendors and staff to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal groups (Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning, Quality) to ensure mission readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics daily and drive improvements in safety, service and cost.
