NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager-Base MX in Millville, NJ to oversee maintenance management for NetJets aircraft at the assigned location, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and NetJets standards.

You will guide maintenance providers, manage vendor relations, review tasks and invoices, and push for safe, on-time aircraft availability while aligning with planning, warranty, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of aviation maintenance management experience.
• 3+ years of turbine powered aircraft and systems experience.
• Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance warranties and/or programs.
• Invoicing experience including reviewing and/or disputing charges.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience with maintenance tracking software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides management oversight, direction, and support of NetJets aircraft maintenance at assigned locations to ensure tasks are completed safely and timely.
• Ensures maintenance performed meets FAA regulations and NetJets policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintains aircraft to high quality levels and meets availability targets.
• Collaborates with Base Planning for facility loading, labor utilization, and event duration planning; tracks labor and material requirements.
• Ensures parts, tooling, and expertise are sourced; keeps maintenance status updated in NetJets systems.
• Supports and completes NetJets Quality non-conformance requests as needed.
• Assists vendors in resolving issues impacting maintenance production.
• Conducts monthly Base Facility Audits and Task Audits per NetJets procedures.
• Manages approvals or expenditures related to vendor maintenance tasks and invoicing routing to Warranty and Finance departments.
• Acts to understand evolving business needs and makes timely, accurate decisions.
• Interfaces with NetJets, vendors, FBOs and internal departments (Maintenance Control, Warranty Finance, Maintenance Planning, etc.).
• Maintains professional relationships with maintenance providers and reports on vendor performance using metrics.
