You will collaborate with Service Advisors to schedule appointments, educate customers on maintenance offerings, and grow the dealership's customer base.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and sales/customer-service skills, experience with CRM tools, and a passion for automotive service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
