You will greet customers, record information, manage the service lane, park vehicles, and assist with loaner vehicles while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely and responsibly.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Record customer name, VIN, mileage, and vehicle damage during drop-off.
• Control service traffic flow and assist with parking and loaners as needed.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane and parking areas as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe service drive area and report any accidents or hazards.
