• Authorized to work in the USA
• Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Willing to pass pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the right person or location
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and vehicle damage during check-in
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed
• Parks vehicles after they are written up and retrieves keys for pickup
• Drives vehicles to and from the service lane, stalls, and parking lot as required
• Maintains a clean, safe service drive area free of trash, water, or debris
• Delivers repair order copies and keys to the appropriate Service Advisor promptly
• Represents the dealership in a professional appearance and follows safety policies
