Summary:

As a Shop Foreman at Truck Country, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning in the shop or service center.

Responsibilities:

1. Assigning Priority: Prioritize vehicle Repair Orders and assign them to Technicians.
2. Workflow Management: Oversee work flow to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
3. Contract Repairs: Organize external repairs, ensuring standards are met.
4. Quality Control: Inspect completed work and documentation for accuracy and quality.
5. Training and Mentoring: Support and guide new team members.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
7. Customer Communication: Keep customers informed and address concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in Truck Service preferred.
• Familiarity with Proceed or other Heavy-Duty Truck DMS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• AA degree, technical school degree, or 4 years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Repair Order Processing.
