Job summary

RoofingSource is seeking a Service Foreman in Milwaukee, WI to lead roofing crews on commercial projects and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time installation. You will coordinate materials, communicate with clients, and document progress via tablet while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Prior roofing or related trade experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.
