Job summary

RoofingSource is seeking a Production Foreman in San Juan, PR to lead commercial roofing crews on multiple projects. You will install and maintain low-sloped roof systems and oversee crews with a focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in roofing or related trades preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to operate handheld devices (tablets/smartphones).

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch.
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
