Job summary

RoofingSource in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Service Foreman to join our Operations team. This full-time role reports to Production and offers a competitive hourly rate of $30.00–$40.00 with benefits. The Foreman will lead crews on commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has roofing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate tablets or smartphones to create client reports and coordinate on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or related trade preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Key Responsibilities
