Job summary

RoofingSource in San Juan, PR is seeking a Production Foreman with commercial roofing experience to join our Operations team. This full-time on-site role oversees crew work, safety, and reporting, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.

You will manage field crews, communicate with clients, and use tablets for reporting while upholding company standards and safety guidelines. RoofingSource offers full benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned, nationwide roofing company.

Qualifications

• Prior roofing or related trade experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.
