Job summary

RoofingSource in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Foreman to lead our roofing crew on commercial projects. The role reports to Production and offers hourly compensation.

You will install and supervise, ensure safety, communicate with clients via tablet, and help train crew. We provide company vehicle, tools, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-slope roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch.
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
