Location: This role is fully onsite at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA.

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a Deskside Services Technician role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As a Deskside Services Technician with Insight, you will provide a white glove deskside experience to our client. We will count on you to be organized and customer-focused. You will manage tickets and execute end-user projects as required.

As a Deskside Services Technician, you will:

  • Provide first technical support and leadership support, including responding to questions, troubleshooting, and problem determination.
  • Maintain and protect assets and property, including spare parts, loaners, tools, test equipment, and equipment provided by customers.
  • Perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely, identifying problems and determining efficient and cost-effective resolutions to minimize customer downtime.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies to ensure continued client satisfaction.

We are looking for a Deskside Services Technician with:

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix (preferred)
  • The ability to develop relationships with all levels of customers, from individual contributors to C-suite executives
  • The physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl, stand, and sit for 8 hours
