Job Summary

1. Diagnose roof leaks and perform repairs on all types of commercial roofs.
2. Handle small repair jobs and roof maintenance.
3. Manage paperwork, timesheets, and ensure adherence to CentiMark Safety policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roof Repairs.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 25 ft, and work overtime/weekends as needed.
