Holland Roofing in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team. This hands-on role leads a small crew (1–2 people) while performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs.

You will support our Minnesota RMM (Service) division, ensuring safety, and communicating with building owners and internal teams while maintaining professional standards in the field.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).
• Prior Service Foreman or Lead Service Technician experience preferred.
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.
• Experience working on multiple roofing systems, including metal.
• Comfortable working on low-slope and pitched roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness (OSHA knowledge).
• Comfortable using mobile devices for inspections, photos, and reporting.

Salary: $ 40 to $50 per hour. based on experience

About the Role
